Your description made me think of Bosworth haha personally I like the average Joe safety look, detracts blockers attention and is like a cloak to go under the radar and blow up plays.

Oh wow, I haven't even thought about it that way. Maybe he's trying to look so vanilla that offenses don't even pay attention to him. That generic look could be calculated camouflage. If you look awesome and play well then you force offenses to take notice. Now if he grows dreads, puts on a dark visor, and starts wearing sleeves then offenses will have no choice but to account for him.
