I mean if you make a ruling for Kansas being Kansas City, there really isn't even a discussion. It's just about a dozen cities pistol whipping Alabama into a pulp.

Well it ain’t Kansas City so deal with it.

If you're going purely by simple names, Cities..

Chicago and Boston beat Kansas. Not a fan of Alabama...
Alabama loses this contest for the bands named after states team. Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and the Rolling Stones would have to change their names to states to balance out the crap that is Alabama.

Imagine if Pink Floyd had actually been named Delaware.

Chicago shorten their name from Chicago Transit Authority.
But still carries the name of a city.

what was the ruling on album names?

Down would be a win for cities with NOLA

And I think the fact that Chicago is a city kind of tilts the scales too much anyway.
