C'mon - those are valid concerns, but they have nothing to do with Muslims. Palestinians cross religious lines - quite a few are Christian. And Farakhan's group really has nothing at all to do with Islam except the name.
I mean people raise similar concerns about other politicians - white, Christian, whatever.

Possibly. But I doubt it.
My impression is that most Jews in the USA are not vehemently anti-Palestine. I mean they want candidates to express support for Israel, but that doesn;t mean they are going to turn on you for expressing support for Palestine as well.
Of course, there is a more right-wing element that feels otherwise. But there are few of them in this country - and they would never support Obama anyway.
