Just heard it. He crawfished a bit, probably to avoid a fine. Said that Bush had cheap-shotted him on an interception play and he took offense to it. He was definitely trying to smooth it out because he said that Bush is a great guy and he respected him. Said he meant that he was just trying to put a good, sound hit on Bush and that's what he meant about "the extra hot sauce" line. I'm paraphrasing, of course.
Dan questioned him on trying to hurt him, because of what was said in the Baltimore paper. Denied trying to him, too much respect and said he'd never loose his cool to do something like that.
It all sounded so nice and professional, but contradicted his earlier, cocky quotes.
