I have been using CBS for the brackets for several years. Nobody complains, usually have between 15 and 25 entries with a $25 buy in.
I've never tried ESPN but I have had to switch to them for college bowl challenge and NFL playoff league since CBS has done away with those features in the last couple of years. Can't stand ESPN for those, so I'd imagine I wouldn't like them for Bracket challenge either.
Just my opinion.

I have always used CBS. No problems at all.
