Oh, and eli didn't outplay Brady in that game just like Brady didn't outplay Warner in Superbowl 36, that's mentally challenged. Brady had a higher completion percentage and more yards plus he was asked to throw 48 times.

The Major argument in my mind about who is better is look at those stats, the fact that as a ROOKIE Ben won 15 straight, only missed the playoffs the year he only played 8 games or so, has a ring, 2 trips to AFFCG, a pro bowl, and is the highest sacked qb currently and close to the top EVER in this period of time. Any QB who can make that big of an impact while laying on the ground is the better QB. not to mention Ben usually doesn't CHOKE in the last few minutes. If he's going to lose, he'll make sure to let us all know by the half. Eli can stink it up in the 4th and lose games.

If Samuel doesn't drop the game ending INT this isn't even a debate. Eli is a mediocre QB that constantly throws up "prayers" and hopes his receivers come down with them, as you can see he struggles at doing this without Burress. Now, to his credit, he took advantage of the many, MANY, screwups the Patriots had on that last drive (Samuel dropping an INT, Merriweather dropping an INT, Harrison not being able to jar the ball from Tyree, Samuel slowing down because he thought Eli was sacked and letting Tyree go, etc) but nine times out of ten that pass to Tyree is picked off, and he gets away with those passes constantly because Burress is one of the tallest guys in the league.

Roethlisberger is a better QB, it's really not even close.

This is not even a fair comparison. Ben is a much better QB than Eli. Eli didn't even play that well in the Superbowl.

I hate to agree with a Bears fan ... but you are 100% correct on this one..

Eli is a better pocket passer. Big Ben is a better creative playmaker. Depends on how you run your offense. Eli would get KILLED behind a bad O-line and Big Ben would probably not be as effective behind a great O-line.
