“Big 12 coordinator of officials Greg Burks said that if an opposing player does a Horns Down to a Texas player, that will probably be a penalty,” Kersey tweeted. “But doing a Horns Down toward your own fans ‘probably won't,’ be a penalty, although he left open the possibility that it could be.”

If it’s directed at a player, then I can see how that can be considered taunting. Hopefully it’s not a penalty if done otherwise.

Is doing the gator chomp at a Florida player considered a taunt too?

But they say nothing about Horns up when they do it on the road. It should work both ways I would arse-u-me
