Skyfall is probably now my favorite, I think Daniel Craig is possible the best bond imho. Connery second. After Skyfall though i really like On Her Majestys Secret Service with George Lazenby. Who is your favorite bond and film?

I have to agree with the OP. I grew up reading the Fleming books, and Craig is the first Bond that comes across like he could be a cold-blooded killer to me. Even as a kid I didn't think the suave, wisecracking, playboy portrayals........and the increasingly stupid "Q" gadgets.......fit in with the character that Fleming originally created. Craig's Bond comes much closer. And I think Skyfall may be my favorite as well.

(But man, I hate to see Judy Dench go.)

Goldfinger is one of my favs, Skyfall is a brute force masterpiece, Goldeneye on the Nintendo 64 was epic...

There are really very few I don't like but I really have to say that the Daniel Craig Bond's are a cut above. Not just because of him but because of the writing. Skyfall was beyond a typical Bond movie. Right now, it takes the prize. I really liked Casino Royale, too. As far as the old Bonds are concerned, I liked You Only Live Twice, The Spy Who Loved Me, and For Your Eyes Only quite a bit.

Haven't seen Skyfall yet. I love Daniel Craigs. He is so believable as James Bond.
