There's a major disconnect between the orthopedic guys and their patients. Not just among athletes, but the general public. They see a guy do a few exercises and clear him when in fact the healing process typically takes so much longer.

Over compensation and mental mistakes come into play and that leads to injury after injury.

NO,NO,NO. Genetics is the primary factor in injuries. Some bodies are injury prone; the Patriots research their players medically back to high school. We do to but Payton ignores the report mostly
