Tried doing one a few weeks ago but I wasnt ready.

Let me preface by saying THIS IS WHAT I THINK WILL HAPPEN, NOT WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN.

A few thoughts:

- Geno at 1: I know he is a reach. But I think Reid will see a guy he could work with. Solid arm, accurate thrower, decent mechanics when no pressure in his face. I think Reid will put him in a situation to succeed and there will be no need to rush to start him with Cassell being there.

- Barkley at 3: Obviously a reach. I believe Barkley is barely a 1st round pick. But I think he is intelligent and will impress people in meetings. Arm strength is not where I would want it, but he is manageable.

- Pass rushers: Everything I've read says this is an impressive year of DT's, and a OK year of pass rushers (no Von Millers, Aldon Smiths). I expect the pass rushers to last a while, particularly the raw and undersized ones.

- Saints pick: Honestly, I am still trying to decide who I really want. I really like Ansah, Jones, Jordan and Mingo. I still havent done enough tape study on Okafor and Moore. But I think we will have a legit shot at drafting any of these guys.

Ravens at #31

But yeah a lot of that makes sense.

And Jarvis Jones is the guy I really want. But I'm not overly hopeful he drops out of the top 10.

They all seem reasonable to me except for Matt Barkely; he had 2 of the top 5 receivers in the nation and still underperformed. (He is however the antithesis of Jamarcus Russell, so maybe you are right, lol.)

You lost me when you think Raiders would reach for Barkley. This isn't Al Davis running their draft anymore

Cleavland is set at front 3 in their new 3-4 IIRC. I don't see anyway they don't take a OLB. I don't see the Bengals passing on Manti as they have a hole at MLB. I REALLY doubt any team takes Rhodes in the 1st, let alone over Banks.

I agree as well. For some reason, teams still get enamored with that USC "pedigree".

I also want Jarvis Jones. But if it happens on draft day that he's still available when we are on the board .... I'm not so sure I'd still want him.

Confused?

Explanation: If Jarvis Jones makes it to us, it's probably because of medical red flags. If all these other teams are saying he's essentially too great a risk medically this high in the draft, then I'm not sure I want him.

I want Dion Jordan. If Jordan is there at 15 we snag him. Dude just a great talent. Can lineup at any position on the defense. Plus we need someone that is this athletic who can go get the QB and shutdown TE. With the NFC changing there QB to mobile type QBs such as Kaepernick, CAM, Russell Wilson, RGIII, and really Mike Vick is the originator of all this. Just never had no good O-Line. Then you got football Johnny coming into the NFL next year with Geno Smith this year. We need a big body who is a go getter. My vote is for Dion Jordan in the Black and Gold!!

I can envision
DE-Cam Jordan
DT-Bunkley-Hicks
DE-Spencer (Cowboys)
OLB-Dion Jordan
WLB-Vilma
SLB-Lofton
OLB-Tez
CB-P.ROB
CB-Mike Jenkins( Cowboys) or Tracy Porter (Broncos)
Nickel-Greer
SS-Harper
FS-MJ27

Jordan Jordan and Jenkins Jenkins- The Law Firm (Make it happen Loomy):9:
