Why did the Hornets get rid of this guy. He's strong, very physical, great rebounder, decent shot, and was an all SEC player at LSU. I watch alot of the Mavs games here in Dallas and the guy is playing great, especially right now in the Lakers game. Im just confused as to why the Hornets hardly gave him a chance with the little depth they have on the Roster? I thought CP3 coulda made Bass a star!

I gotta agree, Ely seems out of shape a little bit. He's starting to get out of Byron's dog house though so I think he'll get better as he reacclimates himself.
