32 Drives by the opposing team's offense
3 and out.................... 11
Turnovers..................... 9
Turnover on Downs...... 3
Touchdowns................. 1
FGs............................... 6 (3 were beyond 50 yards)
Others ending in Punt....2
Redzone........................ 5 (only 1 converted into a touchdown)
So on 32 drives, 23 (73%) ended in a turnover, turnover on downs or a 3 and out.
That's insane.
Statistical abnormality that only 2 drives out of 32 would end with the opposing team getting at least 1 first down and then having to punt. Normally you would expect 10-15 drives ending in that manner out of a sample size of 32.
I did not count 2 drives in which the 4th quarter game clock ended with no known result.
