Will he get 4900 yards the next 14 games? Probably not.

He'll be #1 the end of next year though. In yardage. He's already the best Quarterback to ever play for the Saints.

All respect due to Archie but Breesus is the best and it aint even close.

Take it easy on Aaron Brooks, guys. I am as hype an excited about Drew Brees as every other Saints fan and he is EASILY the best QB we have EVER had. But if you look at Brooks' stats and his time with us as a whole he did some good things. I was as frustrated as the next Saints fan with him on so many occaisions but that doesnt erase the fact that he had way more yards than Hebert in less years and if he would have played another year with the Saints he probably would have been #1 (averaging about 3,000yds/yr needing about 2,000 and change to pass Manning). Don't get me wrong, he was not a great qb by any stretch...but cut the dude some slack, b/c we've had a lot worse at qb (i.e. Wuerffel, Shuler, Dave Wilson just to name a few). Let the past be the past and lets enjoy the present because as Saints fans we deserve it!

No one is ever going to be the consensus #1 QB in NFL history. Just isn't like basketball, football defies that sort of consensus subjective judgment.
