This is not really any news to get worried over. He bought a condo at the Four Seasons awhile back along with Sean Payton and Ellen Degeneres. I was working at the site earlier this year and that was something that was brought up a bit during site orientation.

Wait, I thought this was a done deal and he bought a house in San Diego last year or the year before? I think he is only here during the season and his family lives in San Diego. I actually thought his house here was sold.

He’s had a residence in San Diego for a few years. It’s widely known he will leave Nola often his playing days. His gig on TV is already a done deal. SD close enough to LA which is where he will probably work.
Im guessing he needed a place to stay when he is in Nola due to his many business interest there.

This thread is an example of why I would never ever want to be famous or married to someone who was.

I mean, I'd be quite happy for people on a message board to speculate as to my personal motivations for buying a condo priced between $2 million and $10 million on Canal St on the back of a two-year $50 million contract with my employer, and whether or not it was an additional residence for me and my 10/10 wife or to get away from her and the kids and make use of my "private access to a bar/lounge to a golf simulator room." Post away, I would think, I am off to have a money fight with one of the other celebrities that lives here.

I’m sure it’s just like buying a condo/beach house. He will use it when he wants and rent it out the rest of the time. Only difference is instead of the fresh breeze and smell of the ocean, it will have a funky smell mixture of trash dumpsters and vomit. Mixed with a strong smell of weed from a block away.

If some of you read the article, you would have read " TMZ said Brees provided a statement that said he and his family plan to call the condo home. " and " Work began on the renovation of the 34-story former office building in 2018 and may be completed as soon as 2021. "

Not for any covid crap.. it's not even finished yet... he and his family will use it. My guess would be that he sells his house in a move to downsize and have a place for when they are in New Orleans.
