Well hes been on my radar

Im telling u..hes a smart tough kid....hits like a ton of bricks.

Can b coached to cover better in man but he locates the ball well in Zone. He avoids blocks easily in a variety of ways. Needs clean up his tackling and play under control but man....this kid will light u up. He comes up big on the biggest stages. Hes a PLAYMAKER..say it to urselves 1 more time PLAYMAKER

He n Jenkins or He and IAQ would b downright dominating

He absolutely knocked the **** out of a Louisville player early in the Sugar Bowl. I think it was the quarterback when his helmet came off. I was like DAMNNNNNN! LOL.

I like the kid.

I love to watch this kid play, what a hitter, love that he could be our slot corner, FS and SS, huge need for us. we might even take this kid 15, don't be surprised after everyone watches the film

I wouldn't be shocked if Saints grab either Elam or Kenny Vaccaro out of Texas at #15

This kid is looks like a game changer.
We need a game changer.

Walterfootball has him going at 40 to titans in the second round.

http://walterfootball.com/draft2013_2.php
The Titans have major problems at safety. Jordan Babineaux is just a marginal talent, while Michael Griffin has inexplicably dropped off this year. At first, it was believed he was struggling because he was at strong safety instead of free safety, but he continued to play poorly despite moving back to his natural spot.

instant upgrade on the backend. Im not a roman basher but please oh please we can go for an upgrade somewhere and since Roman is the most expensive and oldest and he offers the least as far as versatility...we should look in this direction.

I just keep seeing him hitting Steve Smith like that.....

Coming down and laying the wood on Doug Martin

I have this theory when guys like Jimmy Graham come into the league u don't go looking for players that size that can cover...players that size that can run and catch and play football are rare in itself.

Smaller guys that have height weight speed ration can make life a living hell for them. He might not be able to combat jimmy for the ball in the air but one good undercut while hes in the air (Marques Colston/via Dashon Gholdson) and the receiver is now effected mentally.

Remember the game is 10% physical and 90% Mental a guy like elam can get in your head when he delivers blows like that.

Basically what im saying is guys like Graham, Finley,Gronk, don't grown on trees...so the Kam Chancellors of the world wont either....and even they have their limitations...as guys like hernandez give them hell.

Take the 5'10...thickly built guy and let him cannon ball guys. Works well for polamalu

Agreed. This guy is a beast. I wish Comissioner Goodell didn't take our second rounder this year so we could have tried to grab him there.

This is another guy we could possibly trade down and get along with either a 3rd and a 5th or a 2nd, depending how many spots we trade down. And depending if this guy shoots up the boards or not after maybe wowing at combine.
