Part of it is just risky drafting. Both Callaway and Gordon had major red flags with multiple drugs and legal run ins before getting to the Browns. They take the chance on high level talents and their question marks, but those are now becoming periods and exclamation points.

90% certain something like this was gonna happen at some point. Heck didnt even make it to first pre season game lol. All in All this not big news. Low risk/High reward type pick in the 4th. Cutting ties with Coleman little bit of a head scratcher. Coleman has a lot ot talent on a rookie deal. Heck if you got one year him close to his potential you at least got a trade equity. Maybe theres more to his medicals we dont know. Browns fan said hope he doesnt wave bye walking out cause he will injure his hand be out ten games.

Callaway makes a cameo in the BR feature story on Alvin Kamara, if y'all have caught the separate thread on it. He worked out the same place in Florida that Kamara and others do. In the article, Callaway was said to be puking a lot before the workout and Kamara ribs him for it.

Must be reading this wrong. Callaway gets busted so then Cleveland trades another player and Callaway gets promoted to starting WR? That doesn't make any sense, even forCleveland.

Yeah, if they mean what they wrote, Browns traded Coleman after Callaway got busted and then promoted Callaway. You're right, that doesn't even make sense for them.
