Can't wait to see Cutler get clobbered after Bushrod gets beat. Drew Brees' quick release made Bushrod a good left tackle. Lets see how he does with Cutler under center.

Charles Brown could be an option, does he look ready?
IMO Brown is a much better LT than RT. thats why he is listed at LT originally. He is only moved to RT if Zach gets hurt. Brown IMO is better than Bushrod but their is an injury concern with him.

Pretty sure Charles Brown is the next man up at LT, both Jones and Harris are RT's..I'm sure one might get reps at both spots to see who can backup both positions...OL is a numbers game.

That makes no sense. A Lt is a more athletic rt. If you can play left....... you can play right. Right tackles struggle when moved to left.

I think he could be good.
Brown has the physical ability to play left tackle. He had limited experience in college, so he has to catch up mentally. People are not high on brown because he struggled at right tackle vs the rams in '11. After playing well for two weeks, brown was forced to play with an injury vs the rams, the saints also were without Sean Payton and did a very poor job of adjusting to the rams game plan.

Saints fans/ forum members will use small doses of information to burn a player they don't' like or to glorify a player they do like. Brown looked really good at rt for a few games followed by one bad game..

That said, he is the most phisically gifted tackle available. And by now should be mentally ready to compete for a starting position.
