The Orlando bubble seems separate enough, perhaps even unique,not sure another city could replicate it (too much integration in the cities)

Big assumption. The ACC just announced an 11 game schedule. SEC is planning 10.

You take a bus from the hotel to the stadium. I don't see the risk in that.
