ATLANTA -- It sounds crazy, sure, but the New Orleans Saints control their destiny in the final month of the NFL season.
During the Saints' 31-13 win over the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans proved they just might have more control over their playoff destiny in several other ways as well.
Now we know why Sean Payton has preached about turnovers for several weeks. It's not just because turnovers kill football teams, it's because when the Saints don't hurt themselves, they're one of the better clubs in the NFL.
