At first, he tried to make every play special. The game seemed too fast, he tried to do too much. Now, everyone else is running slower then he is. He is seeing the field, being patient, and it will only get better.

ahhh Tecmo bowl. Bo Jackson was indeed unstoppable in that game, it wasn't even fair

Add in Marcus Allen as the other running option, with Tim Brown at WR, the Raiders couldn't be beaten. Now, imagine a new Tecmo with Bush, Deuce, Horn, Colston, and Henderson....

Tecmo Bo Jackson = Greatest Football Player Ever

Super Tecmo Randall Cunnigham (aka "EAGLES QB") = 2nd greatest

I guess the real Jim Brown was a distant third

I remember playing super tecmo on snes or something with Randall Cunningham and the Eagles. Reggie White had just left for the packers but Clyde Simmons was working on the other side with last years stats from being with White. I played the Cardinals when Simmons was Excellent and the Cardinals backup QB was in and not 100%. it was close to 100-0 with like 20 sacks, several for safeties or fumble recoveries. I would get like 100 sacks in a season. Cunningham ruled because you could leave the pocket and just run for large gain if nobody was open. The key with the Eagles was Cunningham + Simmons. You could run Simmons around the tackle for a sack if they lined up one way, or pop him into the center causing a DT to run straight through for the likely sack if the did the shotgun or something. In the SNES version I had, there was also something interesting Raiders backup WR who had really good speed, Alexander Wright I think, who could make a good RB as long as he didnt get hit. The Bills were always good too, but I think you had to toggle over to Bruce Smith every play, which got old, and Kelly couldnt run well.
