Stuck in a story that never seems to want to go away, Reggie Bush is doing his best to get it behind him, as ESPN is reporting the Saints running back is scheduled to give his deposition in his lawsuit case Feb. 25 ... with the hopes that it will ultimately clear his name.

"They don't want to see us in the courtroom," Bush told ESPN.com's Sam Alipour. "The lawyers are ducking and dodging us. The hang-up is they don't want to give us their deposition. The stakes are large for Bush, who is being sued by Lloyd Lake, who claims he provided Bush with cash and his parents with a rent-free house. If the allegations are proven true, Bush could be forced to give up his Heisman Trohpy and the USC Trojans could forfeit all of the games he played in. Full Story – Picayune
