1. Created New Account or use your existing (must clean out your recommendations first if you choose this route)
2. Rated PS3 controller AND "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare"
3. Now I had 40 G PS3 in my Recommendations like 7 or 8th Item in addition to 60G and 80G
4. Went to "Recommended for you" and said Not Interested for everything apart for 40 G
