Cable (cox) out in New Orleans? (1 Viewer)

I just made the move to U-verse over the weekend after 15 years with Cox. So far, I'm not missing all of the issues with Cox at all.
 
I'm not sure if it's residential vs business, but the business customer service has been absolutely atrocious almost the entire three years I've been with them. Just this week, I filled out the customer contact form on their website three days in a row, as my former rep has apparently left the company, and never got a call or email back from them.

Maybe it's because we're not one of their bigger business customers, but I would think any customer should get decent service no matter what the size.
