I saw that on one play and was like, is he bleeding or is that paint from the field. The rest of the area was white so it has to be blood. I think it happened when one guy was low almost trying to alligator tackle him and he was about to get clipped up high and he quickly jumped down.

Yep, I saw it in the 4th quarter as he was coming back to the sideline, and it was bright red at that time. I'm guessing it happened somewhere close to then.

I've had that happen to me. I continued to run around for an hour after a hitting my shin in jeans and finally someone said "Dude your pants are red." I noticed my pants leg felt wet, but it was just saturated in blood. Small spot on the shin that I busted, took three stitches to close. I had not felt it for long after it got hit, and I never looked at it.
