I've done a good bit of research, and I'm having a little trouble on getting a clear answer.

My computer:
HP Envy 15t-as100

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz
Intel(R) HD Graphics 620
8gb of RAM

3 standard USB 3.0 ports
1 USB-C 3.0 (very disappointed to find out this port is 3.0)
Edit: Also 1 HDMI 1.4 output

My graphics card is capable of handling 4k@60Hz monitors. My problem lies with my ports.

Can a single USB 3.0 connection handle pushing that resolution to 2 monitors? Would it be best to connect the displays to separate ports? Would that even matter?
I understand that 3.0 theoretically handles 5Gb/s.

If not, what's your recommendation given my specs?
