If Goodell cared about "protecting the shield", he'd take away both teams' first round draft picks for setting football back even further than he ever could.

I didn't watch the game, but saw the replays of the two FG attempts in OT. On the Arizona kick a Seattle defender timed the snap and jumped on the center's back to block the kick. Is that not leverage and a penalty?
