Can't get updated rosters to show up in franchise mode. (1 Viewer)

So I downloaded the roster updates, and it shows up on the customize screen. But, once I try to start a new franchise with it, it gives me the same old roster that came with the game. Anyone else have this problem?

Once you start a new CFM you want to import custom roster. The ratings will change based in your scheme. For instance, Cam
Jordan's overall is higher in 3-4 verse 4-3.
