Cardamom (1 Viewer)

Man did you ever bite into a whole cardamom seed? Your whole mouth opens up, kind of like when you bite into a menthol cough drop. It's good to throw a few in the pot when you cook rice. Why the thread though?

I was thinking that was the stuff that was in Earl Gray tea, but that is bergemot.

The tangy oil expressed from the nearly ripe, nonedible bergamot orange (a variety of bitter orange). The oranges are grown mostly in Italy and are also used to flavor Earl Grey tea.
It has antibacterial and drying properties making it an ideal spot treatment for existing blemishes. Analgesic, anti-infectious, anti-toxic, antidepressant, antiseptic, bactericide, antimicrobial, astringent.
antidepressant...I always thought that my mood improved with a cup of Earl Gray.

Bergamot is awesome. We use the essential oil version in a defuser and as a cleaner.
