Watching NFL highlights from our smashing of the falcons... video title: Saints 34 Falcons 14...2nd game

http://www.nfl.com/videos

Anyway I thought it was interesting to point out that the highlights were censored about "free Michael Vick". Looks like a blur out smudge on the shirts of the falcons. Thought though that this was interesting, apparently the NFL wants to completely forget about this event. Anyone else can remember any censorship from the NFL?

This is interesting...
Found this off wikipedia, I know take it for a grain of salt.

"Colts quarterback Peyton Manning requested to wear a pair of black cleats as a tribute to Johnny's signature black boots that he wore. The league denied his request and threatened Manning with a $25,000 fine. Manning decided not to wear them. Ravens QB Chris Redman wore the cleats without asking permission and was fined only $5000."

So apparently the punishment is fitting the player in this case. Seems odd to say your going to punish one QB differently then another.

its just like you would do with kids. if one asked you if he could go next door and play and you said no you would punish him more than if he had just went.

I was thinking it as talentwise. For example I would say Payton Manning is 5X better then Chris Redman. Therefore his punishment should be the same.

Also, If Payton knew it was going to be only $5,000 dollars would he have worn those cleats?

garmet accidents that occur with cheerleaders should NOT be televised... too bad too
