How did the whole neck stabbing thing pan out? Will he be OK?

GRANT ON THE MEND: Saints defensive end Charles Grant, who was stabbed in the neck injury during an altercation outside a Georgia night club earlier this month, was healthy and in good spirits at Bush's event Friday night.
The injury was not severe, and Grant said he is looking to move forward.
"I'm good," he said. "You know, with this here, when you're an African-American and you're in certain situations, certain people really envy you and your status and them not being able to overcome what I could overcome. They look with jealousy. They'll do anything to bring you down. But I've got a lot of great angels to watch over me and my inner circle."
Grant, who is not facing any legal ramifications for the incident, said the real tragedy was that a young pregnant woman, an innocent bystander, was shot and killed during the melee.
