I live in Cleveland. E 4th is fun but is literally one block, but most of the fun downtown is spread out, not centralized like New Orleans. The Saints are reportedly at the Ritz downtown. As for hotel availability, you all should have booked near the Cleveland Clinic/ Case Western. They have a million hotels there, and the drive there to downtown is less than 5 min.
