Ok I thought that all that we had to do was win and Phili needs to beat Dallas but some sites say we need Seattle to lose as well. Does anyone know the true answer.

Seattle is 8-6 overall, and 6-5 in the NFC, we are 8-2 in the NFC, so there is no way for us to lose the tiebreak with them. The only way for Seattle a higher seed than us is for them to win out, and us to lose out (they'd be 10-6, we'd be 9-7). So to the original question, no, Seattle is no factor if we get one more win, no matter what anyone else does.
