"If only I was standing a little closer, I could stick out my knee..."

That just got me thinking...what if an assistant coach, or heck any random fan from the crowd, ran out onto the field and deliberately tripped up a player running in for a pick six. Would it just result in a 15 yd unsportsmanlike penalty? Has anything like that ever happened before? Where someone from the crowd (fan, player, coach) trips up a player going down the sidelines for a uncontested TD.

I believe the rules state the ref can actually award a TD in that scenerio.
