Curious about construction costs for the following;
Remodelling of den which will entail knocking down a wall to open up porch space @ 200sq feet. We want to have a Masonry fireplace - doublesided. Roughly 60 inch wide chimney. Flooring will be heart pine. There will be one floor to ceiling wooden window measuring 38 inches wide. 10' ceilings.
Also;
Cabana - On slab with hip, alumnimum roof. Measures roughly 17 x 25. This will include a bathroom with sink and toilet.
I'd like to get per sq foot pricing if possible and a separate cost for a masonry fireplace. My architect has already said that the fireplace is going to be costly.
