converting AVI vid (1 Viewer)

Anyone knows how to convert AVI to Mpeg?

What programs to you need to do it?

Upgrade to Quicktime Pro you can export as any number of things including mpeg. Also another thing to add to give you more functionality is flip for mac which brings windows media player files into quicktime. (If you are on a mac)
