The Bourbon (Woodford) with dash of simple syrup, smaller dash of Luxardo cherry juice, half a lemon squeezed and can of spicy ginger beer went over very well.

I would definitely like to learn more about this "log of gyro meat" on the grill. Is it just a rack of lamb or is it something different? I love gyros and love grilling/smoking so it just seems natural that this has possibilities for me.

I face timed my quarantined wife from the recliner to the bedroom. She's had 1 glass of wine but also has 100 degree temp so that's probably it for her. Meanwhile I'm 4-5 beam/cokes in and thinking I should switch to covid killers next. I already made a joke earlier to her that maybe I'm just not allergic to covid so that pretty much cements that I'm next haha.
