Dabbling around with some solid IPAs while preparing a Duck Confit, red onion raspberry jam and goat cheese crostinis...gonna try making some Bourbon craft Mules for the afternoon.
Will probably start in a bit; have one more matter to resolve.

I would definitely like to learn more about this "log of gyro meat" on the grill. Is it just a rack of lamb or is it something different? I love gyros and love grilling/smoking so it just seems natural that this has possibilities for me.Very nice. I would love to try to do a duck confit. I just put a log of gyro meat on the grill.
