This recipe does. 1 stick of butter, 1 pound of sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of hersheys cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, It's awesome.

Is that the recipe for diabetes? If so, I'm all in.
