Corona Drinking Thread (renamed) (8 Viewers)

Slow Saturday night
I am gonna go ahead and call it

Time of death 2:35am

Cant let this thread go without a late night post

Based on the recommendation of the liquor manager at Oak Point, I picked up a bottle of Sugarfield Bourbon. While the bourbon is sourced from Virginia, it is bottled here in Louisiana.
Let's just say that I had severe reservations as I have found Louisiana whiskies to be pretty awful and this one only cost $33
I am shocked at how good this is. No added colors or flavors from what I understand.
Drinking it neat and it is SMOOTH. There is some pleasant rye spiciness that blends in really nicely with the flavors. I get vanilla, caramel, some citrus, sugar cane, and some nice malty wood flavor

At this price I cant recommend it enough and with the price it would be a great cocktail bourbon. On the label it says Batch 3 so it may be limited so get a few bottles now. I am gonna go back and get 3 or 4 more bottles to put away
