It is not secret that Sean Payton does not mind drama and “O” was already one of his former assistants. Assuming they are still friends do you think Sean gives him a job? Wouldn’t it be funny? I mean SP brought back the Tulane Coach Curtis Johnson. It would be so SP.

I don't have a link, but I think I remember him leaving with like zero notice? Something like Sean found out when he heard on the news O had accepted the Ole Miss job? I may have that wrong, but it was something weird like that.

From what I remember was that Payton couldn't wait for the end of that season so he would be gone.

Gosh no. Ed reminds me too much of Rob Ryan. Just characters but very little knowledge of football.

Unless Coach O spends all of his buyout money in less than 6 months, I don't see him coaching for awhile. BTW, I do see him on the staff of where Lane Kiffin is at. Both are single and have a flair for the ladies.

The Saints was happy that he left. He wasn't a good coach.

His strong point is recruiting. If he coaches he's going to be in college. P5 assistant or G5 HC. But he could end up with a job on TV.
