Flowery Branch — The Falcons' punt and kickoff coverage units face a stiff challenge against New Orleans, a week after a poor performance in Baltimore.

The Saints have Michael "The Beerman" Lewis back healthy on kickoff returns and rookie Reggie Bush returning punts.

"Michael Lewis, he's one of the top guys when he's healthy," Falcons special-teams coach Joe DeCamillis said. "He's had some injury concerns in the last couple of years, but when he's healthy he's one of the top three in the league."

Lewis drove a beer truck before making the Saints at age 29 in 2001. He has played in the past four games and is averaging 22.6 yards on kickoff returns. Bush had a 65-yard punt return for a touchdown against Tampa Bay on Oct. 8, but he is averaging only 9.8 per return.
