That's not happening. Being vaccinated isn't a requirement to fly now. Just wearing masks is. They won't restrict that. And honestly, that's probably sufficient based on how the air is HEPA filtered about 20-30 times per hour (so a fresh cabin about every 2-3 minutes). There is no way they'll levy that onto the TSA and make it a requirement to fly. They won't have to worry about suits if it's enforced properly. If they don't do it, it's because it would possibly cost them a lot of money. What they should do is get the TSA to enforce the vaccination requirement. If you want to get past security, you have to be vaccinated. The questions are, how is that implemented, how long does it last, and what are the penalties for non-compliance.

The point that was brought up is to fly unmasked, you'd have to show your vaccination status (via your card, or an app, which has been floated around), AND the flight attendant will have to remember who is who, so they don't yell at the wrong people to mask up. Remember, failure to follow crew instructions is a federal offense.
Now, I haven't flown United in a long time, but they have a website and app to help with all of the COVID requirements. Something like this may be able to add vaccination status, and maybe they can use it as an easy way for flight crew's to know who is who, but it may still be annoying.

Now, United isn't doing this as a requirement, but in an effort to make it easier for the passengers to meet destination requirements/orders.
