Basically the antibody test that we will need to realistically start to move forward is there and it’s 99.9% accurate. Unlike the ones they have been using with are as good as my free throw percentage. (5’8” with depth perception problems)
Excellent. So how soon will we have these in massive amounts throughout the country and readily available to use whenever we like?

There are exceptions, but tall people suck at free throws.

Looks like he’s having a good time in his mugshot.

This is to be expected because we don't have enough tests.

Meanwhile in New Zealand where leadership actually listens to experts...

New Zealand confirmed its first case of coronavirus on February 28, well over a month after the United States confirmed its first infection. On March 14, when the country had six cases, Ardern announced that anyone entering the country would need to self isolate for two weeks, which was at the time among the toughest border restrictions in the world. Foreign nationals were banned from entering the country on March 20.

On March 23 -- when there were 102 confirmed cases, and no deaths -- Ardern announced the country was entering "level 3" lockdown. Non-essential businesses were closed, events and gatherings canceled and schools closed to all children except those of essential workers.

This is how the civilized world does it. OK, New Zealand is an island nation with 5 million people, but citizens paid attention, sucked it up for 5 weeks, and it appears the country is headed in the right direction. Oh well, New Zealand has the great benefit of not having a Florida in her midst.

Meanwhile back at the US ranch, where COVID is really not under control, deaths continue to spike in hot spots due to people who simply can't heed precautions. I have no sympathy for them, and after they're finished yucking it up with their buddies, I hope they all go home and fall down their stairs.

I'm thankful that my county will remain closed for, at least, another week but I wish that the governors of the midwest were coordinating this like they said that they would.

This area is still out of control despite the majority of people appearing to be careful.

Another country with more fortitude and common sense, eh? Whodathunkit?

Tougher people who can handle a little adversity.

And at one fifteenth of the population and I would surmise 1/40th the land mass. Are you really comparing the complexities of containing a virus between the U.S. and New Zealand.

You people are so in the tank of bashing this country at every turn it's both sad and comical at the same time.
