The propaganda wing of the far right wing is downright scary but even more frightening is the number of people that believe it. Fauci is getting crucified with all kinds of crazy sheet ATM. We are in big trouble and I'm really getting concerned about society.

Another 2,528 deaths today in the U.S.

Still consistently over 2,000 deaths per day. It is amazing how this has seemingly become like "old news" and the country is set to open back up soon. I know and understand the reasons why, and have advocated for it to a degree, but man this is all so staggering to see.

We should probably just change our national motto to "Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death."

I'm at the point of just saying screw it an let people do what they do. But then, I really don't want the medical workers to suffer more than they already have. They're stressed enough as it is.

And I'm not saying we shouldn't open things up. It just needs to be done smartly. Wearing masks in public places and respecting other people's boundaries should be easy to do. But too many can't even do that. Meh.
 
So every day on the news for the last week or so, one of their main headlines has been the food shortages. When I went to the store today, I didn't see much evidence of it. Plenty of meat available. Plenty of everything, really (except Lysol spray and Clorox wipes). Am I just fortunate to live in an area that hasn't been hit by this yet or is the media hyping this way too much?

A lot depends on where you live, and where your area sources meat from. There is a lot of frozen meat in storage, less in some areas. Wendy’s because they use fresh not frozen is having some sourcing issues in the north east where ranching and slaughter houses aren’t in great number. Also, at least in the case of 5 Guys and In and Out they generally contract with local slaughterhouses for fresh meat, do a local disturbance will affect them more. I dunno how Wendy’s sources their meat.

Then, of course you had the fools panic buying which screws things up too. But in the end, it shouldn’t really be an issue. If you still need your burger you can always go to Burger King or McDonalds. Or you can skip the meat and go to Taco Bell.

No different than the far left. What about people that have thoughts across all spectrums. There are clowns on both aisle and why do we only have 2 choices....”concerned about society”....buck up kid.

Or is it leftist agitators who're doing heavily armed protests?
I missed the part where Haight-Ashbury is rioting because tattoo parlors are closed.
This isn't a "both sides" issue, don't pretend that it is.
One orange person and his pet 'news' network are the ones pushing this.
