I gave my honest thoughts on the matter. I told you the language you used sounded similar and at the same time I was very clear that I didn't think that's how you meant it.

I also asked you if you meant that people would be given work assignments and be told where to work. Your post seem to suggest that's what you think should happen.

You have yet to clarify what exactly you meant by people needing to be put back to work and needing to be sent to work in areas where infections are low.

I meant Auschwitz and other Nazi concentration camp type of work.... just like you thought and wanted to project... It was pretty obvious.... right? (/obvious sarcasm)

If you want to be genuine and have a real conversation, or even have a legit question... just a word of advice... maybe next time quote the entire post, and not just the parts you want to respond to out of context... and also maybe don't invoke Nazi Germany lingo in an out of context question.... Just a suggestion.

You are consistently wrong about my intentions. I know you did not mean you wanted to put people in concentration camps and nothing in my post impiied that I though you did.

What I'm not clear on is if you see people being assigned to work in areas considered safe, as being part of the path moving forward. Rather than incorrectly speculate on what I mean and what I'm intending, why not just clarify what you are saying?

I added this to my previous post, because I didn't expect you to respond to anymore of my posts. So this take two is my final take.

@Infoman, at this point I'm bowing out of this Mobius strip, Mostly because you've edited several of your posts after I've already responded to them. I don't think it was intentional on your part, but your revisions really distort the actual flow of dialogue between us in a way that supports your mistaken accusations that I've been taking what you said out of context through selective quoting.

got to get that money

to be fair, my wifes cousin did this - 4 week stint.

Room, board and meals were paid for. So 6 of one, half a dozen of the other.

I suspect that was done to help offset the tax -

NFL players say " now you see?!?!" lol

Most new Covid-19 hospitalizations in New York state are from people who were staying home and not venturing much outside, a “shocking” finding, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday.

The preliminary data was from 100 New York hospitals involving about 1,000 patients, Cuomo said at his daily briefing.

It shows that 66% of new admissions were from people who had largely been sheltering at home.

This is putting potential political gain before public health. States rely on the federal government for guidance on policy and regulations from federal agencies. The reason states rely on the feds is because the feds have the means to develop science-backed policy. Deciding not to do so is a waste of federal funds and human life.

One of those times when the data gives you a wake-up call. Somewhere, a new variable was introduced. Some kind of contact happened that wasn't being tracked. Did these folks order in a lot? Bop down to the corner market? Share common HVAC systems in their apartments? Finding that commonality will be key.

He did say a majority of those in that grouping were retired or unemployed, which makes me wonder what "staying at home" looks like for them.

So you are saying piling in grocery stores and fast food drive thru's doesn't work? Weird.
I'm curious to see if a study will ever be done on living in an apartment/condo vs. a single family home.

I'll keep it simple.
Martial Law should have been implimented.
Why? Because humans stink and don't listen.

I heard today that Orlando was able to convince a few large conventions previously scheduled for NOLA in 2021 to come there instead based on LaToya's comments. The ripple effects from her off the cuff pronouncements are going to be felt for a long time after we pass through all the phases of reopening.

Ohio opens hair salons and outdoor dining May 15 and indoor dining May 21. Guess we'll just have to see. Quite a few required safety guidelines in place and I guess it has to open at some point. I won't be eating out or doing any of that for awhile really. We're going to do exactly what we've been doing.
