I did not know that. That would mean his cap number would be about $10.5 million if a long term deal is not reached. I think they are about to really overpay for Spencer.

Albert Breer &#8207;<s>@</s>AlbertBreer Anthony Spencer's franchise number for 2013 computes out to $10.608 million. Alleviating the cap ramifications should motivate a deal.
