Cracked iPhone 5 screen (1 Viewer)

Anyone know of any places that do this at a reasonable rate? I'm in Houma area but willing to drive to nola area if need be.

Called a few places local here and they want $250-280 just to change a cracked screen...that's crazy

That's about right. I was getting $300 quotes.

The Apple store will replace it with a refurbished phone for less than that (like 229, I think). Also, for I think another $100 or so they sold me Apple Care which gives me three more incidents where I can replace the phone for a $50 deductible.

So for less than the price of a new screen, I got a new phone and protection in case it happens again.
