This is whack! Check out the guy at the 25 second mark though... he's steering...has a chance to stop it, then decided to tuck and roll off it

Lol. If you rewind a little bit, you will notice he just got nailed by the cart and ended up in the passenger's seat.

He looks a little loopy when he tries to steer the cart and when he rolls off.
