I agree with everything that Malcolm Jenkins said.

Brees is an embarrassment to his sparkling career and to the city after these comments and something needs to be done.

He showed where his true concern lies by placing higher value on a piece of cloth over human life.

He spoke more passionate defending a piece of cloth than he did in condemning cold-blooded murder.

Enough is enough.

Im sickened and distressed.

Brees is write. People keep saying Kaepernick wasn’t talking about Anthem and Flag. Here it is in his own words.

“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a countrythat oppresses Black people and people of color.”

That flag stands for the blood of millions of native Americans and slaves slaughtered to build this country.

Just like Jenkins said, it means different things to different people.

Try standing up for principles rather than cloth idols.

No, firing someone because of a opinion they have on a stance is a communistic mentality. It stifles our ability as a democratic nation to have opposing ideas. Eventually the nation will be one singular party of politics and that's when it will fall.

Kaep lost his career because of his opinion. And the reason why he protested is still (and has been and will forever be) an issue that many just refuse to acknowledge.

On the flip side he has done much good for the city of New Orleans, why don’t you emphasize that as well?
Because nothing positive he could possibly ever do overrides the insensitivity in gaslighting people from poor communites of color over how they decide to protest their plight.

Brees never grew up in the inner city and none of his children will ever have to experience what it feels like to grow up in poor neighboorhoods riddled with police violence or high crime.

He should stay in his lane and keep hus privileged trap shut.

It's not about how we got to where we are and matured as a nation. It's the fact that we did over time become a better nation. Many governments across the world throughout history, became atrocious to their people before they became civilized in their methods. It was who people were in their society during those eras of history. It doesn't mean we have to be controlled by the idealistic methods of our past... as I would put those Confederate flag fliers on the same level as those who would point out the atrocities of things that happened to their own races at the beginning of America.

It's not about what it once stood for it's about how we made it better. It's not about the plight of .0001% of americans to be atrocious in nature (dirty cops). Its about those who chose not to carry evil in their hearts.

America is not about the ideas of one race and dictating how everyone else should feel on their idea. It's a multicultural society that has to agree to disagree... or suffer the wrath of those that will conquer us from foreign lands.. because being conquered is just around the corner.

And not only did Drew Condemn his protest but he also laid down like a scab for the big business NFL in condemning a fellow player and QB.

Doesn't get worse as a sellout than that.
