Both he and his baby's momma were arrested.

Godchaux has been released from jail following an arrest by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, WAFB reported. Godchaux was released on a $3,000 bond.
Here's an excerpt from Dellenger's report.
The mother of Godchaux’s 10-month-old child is the victim in the case, but, because of “conflicting stories,” she was also arrested for domestic abuse battery/child endangerment, the police report notes.
The victim alleges that Godchaux and her were involved in a “tussle” at his apartment on Nicholson Drive over “infidelity” in their relationship. Godchaux expressed that the two should separate, the victim told police.
