Will we go power, scat, or combo?
Rbs are gonna fall in this draft.

IDK but we still have Dwayne Washington on the roster. Played most of the game wk 17 last season. I'd be surprised if we drafted a rb unless they really love one. However that didnt stop us from wasting a pick on Boston.

I forgot about Washington. He showed some promise from the little we saw from him.

We have 2 picks in the sixth round and 2 in the seventh. I see one of those picks being a rb. Heck we got Pierre Thomas as a free agent, so who knows who will be on the roster come the first game @ rb beside Kamara and Murray.

best bet would be a combo type. can't have too many running backs.

I'd be surprised if we didnt draft a RB, to be a good team you always have to prepare for the unexpected. I'm sure we will draft a RB as insurance for Murray just in case he becomes unavailable with an injury.

Grant it, it will be probably be a lot round pick, but we have plenty of those. There have also been a lot of stud running backs drafted in the later rounds.

You can get a lot of value drafting a running back late

I'd prefer UDFA RB to draft. Will text Sean.

Here's one to take a look at/keep an eye on...

Tony Pollard, RB/WR/KR, Memphis: 5'11, 200lb - multi-purpose skill player with break-away speed and he's an exceptional kick-returner, among the best (statistically) in NCAA history. Outstanding long speed and vision as a returner, but can also be used as a reserve RB and 6th WR. Similar to Travaris Cadet, only much faster and more accomplished as a kick return specialist. Likely a late round draft pick or an UDFA because he was a role player in college and didn't really excel in any area outside of kick returns.

I like LJ Scott of Michigan State. Have him drop 10 or so pounds and I think you have a new Ingram. Dan Antonio likes his backs around 230 and I think that is to heavy.
